When you create an account by providing us your name and email address, we want to make sure that we communicate with the correct person. Your email address is used to notify you on important steps within Connect, for example when a shift is worked or the check-out is completed.
It can happen to all of us that you entered an incorrect email address, or someone else used your email address when signing up.
So better be safe than sorry; when you sign up for Connect you will receive a welcoming email in which we ask you to verify your email address. Click on the big green button in this email to verify your email address and you're good to go!
