This article explains how you build up a pension when working through L1NDA Connect.
There is a pension scheme that provides for the accrual of pension for temporary workers
21 years and older. A distinction is made between a Basic Regulation and a
Plus arrangement, depending on the number of weeks a temporary worker has been employed.
The Pension Fund for Personnel Services Foundation (StiPP) is responsible for the implementation of the Basic Plan and the Plus Plan.
a. You have worked for at least 26 weeks for one private employment agency, but do not meet your requirements
b. You are 21 years or older (from the first of the month in which you are 21); then you will participate in the Basic Plan. For example, if your birthday is on the 22nd of July, the 1st of July is when you will start participating in the Basic Plan.
The Basic Plan is an available premium plan for which the premium as of January 1, 2008
amounts to 2.6% of the gross hourly wage. The Basic Plan applies with a retirement age of 67-year-old (as of from January 1, 2015) and provides for the formation of a retirement capital
for the purchase of a retirement pension and/or a partner's pension.

c. In 52 weeks you have been a participant in the Basic Plan employed by one or more
temporary employment agencies, without interruption of 52 weeks or longer, then you will participate in the Plus Plan.
The Plus plan is a defined contribution plan with a retirement age of 67-year-old (as of from January 1, 2015) who provides for the formation of a capital pension for a
purchase of an old age pension and/or partner's pension. The premium for the formation of the pension capital is made dependent on your age.
StiPP sets an average premium based on its implementation regulations. This average premium is charged to the private employment agency. The temporary employment agency may deduct a maximum of one-third of the average premium from your wages.
